IT Training and Education Alliance Ltd (ITTEA) serves to bridge the gap between education, job seeking and employment. Our training gives specific consideration to individuals either new to the work force or those returning to work, by assisting them with managing the transition from school/college, time off work or redundancy to employment. Our IT courses are all based on a simple philosophy - to provide an affordable, value for money training experience.

Our background lies in corporate IT training. Partnered with this, we've also got experience teaching IT in secondary schools, which gives us a unique offering that allows us to deliver diverse teaching techniques and training programmes.

We aim to incorporate a unique blend of academic and real-life IT work related experiences in all our training programmes and our trainers are accredited with the Institute of IT Training with qualified teacher status (QTS).

In the past we've been able to help college leavers looking to boost their UCAS points before attending university, individuals in employment wishing to personally fund their own career development, as well as businesses wishing to invest in their staff.

ITTEA provides a personalised learning experience enabling the learner to work at his or her own pace. We provide encouragement, reassurance, 'hand holding' and plenty of opportunities to get hands on practice in preparation for taking a range of Qualification and Credit Framework ( QCF ) level 1, 2 and 3 IT related certifications or exams.

We also offer a bespoke IT project based training and consultancy service. With our experience in project based training, we can provide training needs analysis, elearning, user guides and documentation, as well as delivering classroom, web conferencing, one to one, ad hoc training and floor walking.

We currently provide a consultancy service to our business clients throughout the UK. Training is offered in a group setting with a maximum of 4 delegates (at our Tunbridge Wells centre). We also offer training at the clients premises, private tutoring or remotely online - which is a popular choice for busy clients.
